Frequenty Asked Questions

Absolutely. This doesn’t affect fuel points at all.

What if I don’t have a Fred Meyer Rewards Card?
You can apply online by clicking here. Applications for Rewards Cards are available at all registers or the Customer Service Desk at any Fred Meyer store.

How much can an organization earn?
Every time you shop with your linked Rewards Card at Fred Meyer, you’ll help Independence Northwest earn a donation. And the more supporters who link their Rewards Cards to us, the more Fred Meyer will donate to our Customer Emergency Fund.

The minimum quarterly payout is $25 for each nonprofit signed up for this program. If a nonprofit earns less than $25 in a quarter, Fred Meyer will hold the amount until the donation exceeds $25 or the end of the year, whichever is first.

How will I know how much I am contributing to INW’s Customer Emergency Fund?
You can view your Community Rewards contribution, just log in or create an online account. If you want to learn how much your favorite nonprofit has been awarded from Fred Meyer at any given time, just email us at connect@independencenw.org.
