The Independence Northwest Customer Emergency Fund provides timely, critical assistance to Oregonians with developmental disabilities when it’s needed most.

Contributions directly assist individuals and families in crisis.

Since 2007, the fund has provided essential supports including:

• • Emergency hotel stays
  • Utility assistance
  • Winter clothing
  • Holiday meals
  • Small home repairs

Anyone enrolled in case management services with Independence Northwest at the time of the request is eligible.

When our Personal Agents become aware of a critical customer need that can’t be supported through existing community resources, they make a request to our Customer Emergency Fund Committee. 

If you have a crisis-related need, contact your Personal Agent to see if the Fund might be able to help.
