PANDEMIC NOTICE:

Beginning March 12th, 2020 the Independence Northwest office will be closed to regular visitors. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, our staff will be practicing social distancing and performing services remotely. The office building at 919 NE 19th Avenue in Portland will remain open and you may still leave mail by sliding it under the door. This includes timesheets and invoices.

If you are an INW customer (or support an INW customer) with immediate support needs related to COVID-19, please email covid19(at)independencenw.org or call our COVID-19 support line: 503-546-2957. The INW COVID Response Line is a temporary number set up to support INW customers and their caregivers over the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend given the surge in COVID-19 cases in the communities we serve. You may leave a message and someone from our leadership team will be in touch with you when we receive your message. Please note that this won’t be a Personal Agent since they are not staffed for on-call work and that this is a non-medical line.
